The Science and Engineering behind Environmentally Friendly Food Production at the Case Western Reserve University Farms

11:30 AM: Arrival

12:00 PM: Lunch

12:30 PM: Presentation by the Farm director regarding various programs at the Farm, Food Program, contribution to sustainability program & facilities at the farm by biology and engineer students & CWRU professors, and future green programs.

1:30 PM: Tour of the Green House, high tunnel house and garden areas and other sites (weather permitting).

3:00 PM: Departure

Pre-registration is required to receive lunch. All Cleveland Chapter members and family welcome. All Cleveland area students welcome with accompanying teacher/adult chaperon.
