7:30 Presentation: James R. Gaier, Ph.D. – Senior Research Scientist, NASA Glenn Research Center
James R. Gaier holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and is a Senior Research Scientist in the Environmental Durability Branch at the NASA Glenn Research Center. He has been involved in the development of new power materials and efforts to mitigate environmental effects in space and on the Martian and lunar surfaces on power systems since 1983. He has authored or co-authored over 120 publications. In the past 17 years he has been active in the areas of mitigating the effects of the Martian and lunar dust, and has authored or co-authored over 20 publications in that area.
