Mr. Welch is the Manager of Heat Treating for Ajax Tocco Magnethermic Corp located in Warren, Ohio. He received his degree from DeVry Institute of Technology in Electronic Engineering Technology. His 33 years of experience with Ajax Tocco in various positions such as field service and applications engineer have lead him to his current management position. He is experienced with high frequency melting, forging, mass heating and heat treating products. George has also been a 28 year member of ASM – and active in the Heat Treating Society.
