• 6:00-6:30  Social with cheese, crackers & wine tasting
• 6:30-7:30  Nick Racco, Superior Beverage, will provide background history and explanations for each of the wines chosen to compliment the following courses prepared by Coppertop’s Chef:

• Skewer of Lemon Dill Swordfish
• Skewer of Chicken & Pineapple
• Skewer of Pork with Raspberry Sauce
• Skewer of Steak & Mushroom
• Lasagna roll up

• 7:30-7:45  Chocolate fountain with fresh fruit & wine tasting

• 7:45-8:00  Opportunity to buy or order your favorite wines at a discounted rate
